Formatting Federal, Trademark & Patent cases

Does anyone know if there is anything special to the formatting of a deposition taken in a case filed in the US Patent and Trademark Office Before the Trademark Trial and Appeal board?  We are concerned that there may be special formatting rules and if we ignore them, the transcript may not be accepted for filing and detrimentally effect our client.
