Free software that converts files to .pdf

Free software that works great for saving WP, Word, Etran files to .pdf    Hit "Control P" in the document, then select the "Cute PDF Writer" as the printer to print it to. It then "prints" to a document on your computer in a PDF file, which you can attach to your email or save it, whatever.  A CR firm shared this with me today.  It's great since I was scanning docs before and then converting to .pdf.
