Mr. Bob Hopkins and Mr. Mike Bumpus, two of the best court reporter cartoonists, have allowed their cartoons to be put on the internet.

Bob and Mike for decades drew cartoons for the National Shorthand Reporter Magazine from the eyes of a court reporter sitting and viewing thousands of court proceedings.

They have a unique court reporter viewpoint on humorous courtroom happenings. Mr. Bob Hopkins would draw cartoons at the request of the editor of the National Shorthand Reporter Magazine when NCRA members would send in ideas for funny cartoons from what they had seen in their courtrooms.

Decades ago every court reporters' office would have cartoons of Bob and Mike posted on their bulletin boards for the enjoyment of all.
