Request to Texas AG for opinion regarding stenographic court reporters

I have a PDF file of a recent mailing from the TX AG's office on the question of whether depositions in this state must be taken solely by certified stenographic or voice court reporters.  I'm on the committee's mailing list.  Also on the mailing list are representatives of two companies who promote ER.  TCRA is represented on the list but not NCRA.

I hesitate to make it an attachment, but maybe that's what I should do.  Unless it gets to be a hassle because I'm inundated with requests, I'd rather send this file to individuals who request it and identify themselves as court reporters.  [e-mail].
