Stenograph has dropped their prices on CaseViewNet

Stenograph has dropped their prices on CaseViewNet.  They have cut their price in half and dropped the price of the renewal for CaseViewNet.  This is the program that allows the reporter to refresh the attorney's realtime feed as the reporter updates her/his job dictionary.  Does this mean that RealLegal has an automatic refresh feature that is free?

This is the first time I have ever seen Stenograph lower prices.
