If you want to add new ones or change current ones in your default
settings, I will now tell you how to 'add' the F6 so you can use it to
add a Speaker from your Speaker List while editing.

Open the file you are working on in Edit; double-click on the "Kbd
Map: default" that is in tiny letters at the bottom of your screen.
This opens the Default settings; scroll to F6 and double click on it;
in the pop up box, scroll to "Insert Speaker"; click Assign and then
Close. Save and close your Defalut file. Now, you will either have
to close the current file and reopen to start using it...or not.
Can't remember, lol.

But as you browse around that Default, you can see how you can 'add'
or 'change' keys to your liking!!! I have macros I created myself
that I put on keys too. I can do: Ctrl-F11 and that will 'Resolve all
chosen conflicts/Save the file/take me to the top of the page/open my
Format-Layout and then I easily remove my headers off the first
page. ;)
