I have the Elan Mira and I got a little microphone, but have never used the audiosync. I'd like to try it out, but have no idea how to do it. Any help out there?

Thanks!!

Here are some basic (not detailed) directions:
Turn on Audio Sync in the Mira through the menu, plug in the microphone, and then start writing.
Make sure the audio indicatator is moving when you talk into the microphone.
The audio will record on to your SD card.
Read the SD card into your computer and translate the file.

When editing the job, Shift F9 starts the audio playback and Control F9 stops the audio playback.
Thanks, Allan. I tried what you said to do, but I'm not sure why, but the indicator area on the mira just stays black. Any ideas? When I loaded the job from the SD card, it says there's audio, but it just says "normal speed" and nothing comes out aduio-wise. Any ideas?

I appreciate your help!

Thanks,
Linda
