I am proficient in using Stenograph Case CATalyst 21, including RealTeam, and have been proofreading since November 2002. My background is in the medical and legal fields, and I once managed a busy California court reporting agency. I also proofread using Stenovations digitalCAT.

Not to toot my own horn, but I was the sole proofreader in USA v. Paul J. Manafort, Jr. criminal trial (Alexandria, VA, Aug 2018) - 2,500+ pages.

My standard page rate is .40 for most depositions, while court transcripts start at .45. RealTeam is $1.00 per page. I generally invoice weekly and accept numerous forms of payment.

My work environment is a secluded room that serves as my home office so that I have minimal distractions.

Regular turnaround is approximately 3 to 4 calendar days, sooner during slow periods.

I am a Case CATalyst and PDF proofreader.  In Case CAT I use Scanstops, Hidden Keys and Track Changes to make corrections so that you are completely in control of your transcript.  I use iAnnotate for PDF proofing, making annotations above your text so nothing is ever changed in your transcripts.
