Hi Jennie, well I'll just jump right in. I did my first hearing yesterday. I enjoyed it. It got a little rough in some areas. What a great feeling to be doing something that you love -- my dream job. I only got one day, but I really wanted to get rid of that initial feeling. The night before I had some trouble sleeping. I got there in enough time, so I practiced and acted like I knew what I was doing. (smile) Thanks so much again for helping me get started.

I called Kennedy and got the green light to start training for hearings on Wednesday. I'm really excited (and nervous!). If the offer still stands to get a copy of their format from you, I'd certainly appreciate it. Otherwise, I'm sure they'll provide me with a manual soon.

We went to Vegas this week for a much needed vacation. We got back last night, and I'm still not sure whether or not I'm going to class for the second six weeks. I'll probably stay home to save the gas money so I can purchase my software. The test felt really good, but I don't want to get ahead of myself and assume that I passed. We'll see.
But keep it up. Everyone will be rooting for you at the CSR before you know it! : )
