Although, there's lots to consider......close to home, benefits, great judge, the courthouse environment seemed pretty friendly and family-like when I was there those couple of times. And, you know, if you went a couple counties over remember what THAT was like?! Talk about an awful work environment - that woman was an emotional wreck and a monster, not to mention jealous and just plain hateful, without one friend in the whole place! Although, I have heard she's on meds now, so maybe it's better. BUT, I digress - sorry. My point is you could get stuck in a situation like that where you never know what mood a coworker is going to be in, and how that mood will affect the other people you're stuck working with. Be wise and pray about it. ttyl

Usually I go down April/October but I know December we will be there, as my son will be leaving for Iraq that month. :( But I plan to go stay a weekend with my DIL in October while he is away at training. Will be nice to 'bond' with her.

I LOVE the coffee place at IUP....maybe we could meet the next time I go down. :) We had lunch at Colepeppers or something like that and their food is yummy! Did you grow up there or just 'living' there?
