Hi Lisa, saw your comment in the Case CATalyst section about learning your software better. One suggestion I have is to start with the CBT, the Computer-based Tutorial. The CBT will take you through the basics of using Case CATalyst. After you're done with that, and you're more comfortable with Case CAT, then you can delve more indepth into specific subjects such as macros, AcelerWriters, Realtime, formatting, etc.
