Tanya, I spent hours and hours tweaking the Grand. It still stacks a bit at higher speeds, but I'm hoping to tweak some more to eliminate that. I've been working way too hard lately, so I haven't taken the time to do that final tweaking.

I have it set very soft, but not the softest, softest! I found that if I went too shallow and soft, there was more stacking. It is truly a different machine that needs to be totally adjusted to your needs, and can be. But that takes time.

I see you are on Eclipse. Good choice! It's slow going at first when you start adjusting each key, but once you put the time in, it gets speedier as far as adjusting. I found that now when I report a depo, I write down my stacks and look for the common letters, then turn counterclockwise a tiny bit on those keys only. Then on to the next job.

Feel free to email me at jenlug@pacbell.net with any further questions. I've been staying off all forums the last two weeks.

Good luck! I never want to write on a regular keyboard again!
