Does anyone out there know if "loadstar" is capitalized? I am proofing a job, and I've never heard of it before. Hope someone out there can help me out.

Thanks

If it refers to attorney's fees, it's not capitalized.

Well, I think if it's just a star, it's not capitalized. If it's the thing that Oracle owns, it's all caps, and if it's a company, capitalize the "L" only, and that would be one word, not two, and spelled lodestar, LODESTAR, or Lodestar.
