Ordering the Video without the transcript

I'd be interested in some feedback as I have a new 'first'....which was ordering a copy of the videotape and not the transcript. Is there a custom and practice regarding just selling someone a copy of the video? I suppose I could make it the cost of the actual transcript but.....

I've had this happen, but the videography company is the one here who sells the video. It's rare, but when it happens, all I make is my hourly, which is a decent hourly fee. If you don't have an hourly usually, institute one for this sort of thing, and make it worth your while!
