HP MiniNetBook

Just wondering if anyone can give me some feedback on using the HP Mini Netbook, or any small notebook-type computer. I want to try out using it for depos, and then come back home and transfer it to my larger laptop. I like the idea of a small computer, and have a small computer now, but I really want to utilize the Mini Netbook computers out there, which are even smaller than what I have presently.

depo held in a state case was not filed what rules apply for waiving or signing?

I am wondering. I had a depo that was filed in the state of Florida. they do a waive or sign automatically at the end of the depo, no chance to change your mind. you have to decide whether you want to waive or sign. the deponents were from CA and were very confused because they didn't know what to do, and under the pressure of the attys they opted to waive, because that's what the attys told them that 'everyone does normally." Unfortunately, tomorrow, I'll need to be in school for the jury charge. I am free on Tuesday from about 10-4 and then every other day this week I am free, except Wed afternoon and evening. The week after, I can do almost any time (not Tuesday after 4 or Wednesday before noon). SJ is definitely no problem. I live in Los Altos.

Will you be having a lot of jobs this month, do you think? What is normally the average length? Thank you so much for helping me. And, of course, I will give your regards to those ladies; they are great!
