Okay. Got it. I had a reporter last week who didn't know how to send me her CaseCAT file zipped. She was sending me the tran and the audio separately through sendthisfile, and the audio was messed up to where I couldn't understand it. All of the reporters I work with send me the file zipped, and their audio is great so I thought that was the problem. I did figure out for her how to zip it and send it, but today she sent me another file- zipped this time, and the audio is still bad. She says she uses the internal mic on her laptop so maybe that's it. I don't know. Thank you so much for trying to help.

I appreciate the help, but I don't remember ever asking about a zip file. I used to use yousendit or sendthisfile. Now I use Monti's file transfer on my website.
I looked for the thread you're referring to but couldn't find it.
