Let's see those Halloween costumes before your kids destroy them.


By the end of the day, the whole lower gauzy part was ripped and hanging from the back like a train. Now, the question is whether I should get her a new costume or not.

This happened to my daughter when she was 4 (she is now 12) with her Snow White costume that I spent a fortune on. Anyway, I made her wear it; of course, I trimmed the bottom so she would not trip.
Ah, poor construction strikes again. What is your daughter going to be this Halloween?
Well, since there are no appropriate costumes for her age, she will probably hand out candy this year. My 8 year old on the other hand is going to be a mermaid.
If she wants to wear this cute cosume, I say trim the bottom. Nobody will ever know.
