Need to recover Case Catalyst file!!!

I just deleted a file from Case CAtalyst that I shouldn't have. It is not in my Litter Box, nor is it in the Recycle Bin!!

Does anyone know if there's anyway I can still recover it???

litter should have it, search the file name under your search options in windows before you turn your computer off, maybe its in cyberspace.

I did that. It's weird. I deleted a couple files at the same time. All of them are there except the one I need -- OF COURSE.

Hi, Carmen: I am not an IT person, but I think maybe I can help. If you can't find it in Catalyst, go to "Start." Click on Search and scroll down until you see "Click here to use search companion." Then click on "All files and folder." Now put in the exact file name that you lost. Windows is searching your C Drive. Your file should be listed, and if it is, double click on it and it will open in Catalyst. At least it worked for me before...Hope that helps. I think between all the helpful ladies who responded, we'll get you back up and running...
