Eclipse jumping to the end

Has anyone encountered the problem of when they are making a global in Eclipse and doing CTRL+L, the cursor then jumps all the way to the end of the transcript after making the change?  This is both in and out of hyperkeys.  I have tried it on multiple transcripts.  I am just about ready to call tech support but thought I would check here first.
