I got Georgia certification last year (which I didn't go, so wasted).  They have an intense self study program required.  It includes transcription format.  How could something they started (or did) back in 2006 only be brought to attention now?

Back in the 80's I saw Florida transcripts with Courier 14(?) font.  It was big print.  I was doing Workers' Comp.  I did a couple transcripts like that.  And the attorneys brought it to my attention not to do it.
