I need a court reporter for a family law hearing in San Jose, CA on July 6. Not sure if I'm even on the right website. Can anyone give advice on how to find and hire a private court reporter?

Mr. Dudgeon,

I just saw your post.  You more than likely will have to give the reporter a deposit.

Good luck to you.

Janiece

You really need to go through an agency to get a reporter.  Get your attorney to hire the reporter through the agency of his choice.
