Elan Mira A3 error message

While doing a job yesterday, I suddenly had and Internal Flash Error 2 message come up at the top of my screen. I wasn't sure what it was since I had never seen it before, and since I wasn't sure if what I was typing would be recorded, we stopped the dep. I tested the machine afterwards to see if I still had audio and my typing was recorded, and it seems I still had those capabilities but am afraid something major is going on and things will crash during a future dep. Has anyone ever had this message come up before and can you tell me what it means? Is it something to do with my SD card or backup or is it something internal to the machine?

If you had bought the Next Gen from Stenograph, you'd be in heaven right now..... just saying.  Also I hate Stenograph; they treat reporters like shit, or at lest me for the last 20 years but this machine is amazing....
