Punctuation fun aka as the importance of sentence structure

I think this sentence is saying that I will be recorded in a booklet. Not sure how that works.

Any suggestions on how to punctuate this sentence so it says what he means?

You're right. That's too funny. Gosh, that one's got me stumped. I'm sitting here staring at it and I cannot think of how to punctuate that to make it read accurately.

Can't you just change it to: At the conclusion of the deposition, the court reporter will record everything I say and everything you say or your counsel says into a booklet called a deposition transcript.

Unfortunately, videotaped. Can't go randomly changing things. And I don't like to change the attorney's words around, in general.

And just to clarify, I'm not an advocate of changing someone's testimony. This is not a witness's testimony and is only a suggestion to help the attorney out and make him sound a little more logical.

I would put a comma between say and everything.

I agree, I would type it with the dashes. I do verbatim transcription work and that's how I was taught to make "sense" out of a sentence such as this one or when the train of thought was broken, etc. . .
