Case Catalyst Question

Hi, Everyone! I was wondering if anyone could walk me through how to make audiosync and the text match up while editing a transcript. I've tried everything that I know...which isn't much, since my CAT system is DigitalCAT. Please help!!!

Because I am trying to do a favor for a friend that has turned out to be harder to do than I thought. I have her computer beside me and am editing on my CAT system, but listening to audiosync on hers, which won't follow the text. Any ideas?
