US Legal Support is a firm, just like you are. They have every right to be here (for whatever reason), just as you do. So, because you are a firm and you are here, does that mean you are monitoring the conversations? There are lots of firms on this site, and all the firms have just as much right to be here as all its members; otherwise, Kelli would have banned them. You may not like them, but that doesn't mean they can't be here.

It is a bit creepy to see one of the multimillions logged in all weekend--but I imagine they are not there, just someone who works at US Legal (who probably gets to go home at night and has a life and is not working right now--and has all weekend--and has gotten a pay increase in the last 20 years) neglected to sign out.
Yes, pretty much anyone and everyone can come to the ballpark--but that doesn't mean they all play by the rules.

They may or may not play by the rules, but that's entirely separate and doesn't mean they don't have a right to be here. I don't have any skin in this, and I'm not the "ethics" police (nor do I ever want to be), and I'm not defending them. It could be any firm or any person. I'm just sayin' . . .

Okay, I hear what you're saying, even though I may wish things were different--but that's another topic for another day. I don't think there was a question of their right to be here--just it was creepy. Whether someone is monitoring or not, who knows. A corporation of that magnitude I doubt monitors anything here (bigger fish to fry). My guess is they, and those similarly situated, frequent this site for one reason: get the job covered.

You're welcome! Yeah, I have been sitting in this same chair at my desk all weekend long, cranking out this 550 pages (except the few hours spent on the air mattress). Occasionally I'll pop over here and see what's happenin'. I noticed they were "on" and it got a huh--then I realized, well, hell, it would appear I've been on all weekend, too (HA!) -- I mean I have but I haven't but -- well, anyway. One of these days I'm going to post pics of pugs--really live it up!! Maybe next week -- wait, is it next week??? Damn. :(
