Expedite copy charge?

Do you charge expedited on copies, too, when the taking attorney orders an expedite?  I know some agencies to charge expedite on the copy and some don't.

Every agency I work with charges everybody for what they order.  Oftentimes only the O&1 taking lawyer wants expedited but no one else does.   Happily, often multiple parties order expedited.   And of course I get a signed order form or email order   from whoever's ordering.

Only  charge expedite on copy if they also order expedite, otherwise I know my firms will hold the copy and mail out on their normal turnaround time.
