FLASH WRITER

Can anybody help me?  I'm probably the ONLY reporter in the world that uses a Flash writer, but my screen is really messed up.  I can only see shadows, and I can't erase my SRAM card bcuz I can't see the mode buttons on the screen! HELP! SOS! PLEASE!!! Thanks

May be an obvious question, but have you turned the knob on the back that dims or brightens the screen?

there isn't one....and if there were, it wouldn't work because the screen is not dimmed...it's broken

Have you tried calling Top Cat Steno?  They may be able to help you over the phone.
