Google Wave!

I cannot wrap my hands around this latest technology by Google called "Google Wave," but my ears perked up when I read that conferences could have transcripts simultaneously.

I don't get how it works, but this topic is something I would like to stay abreast of. In essence, I want to know how Google Wave can help my industry and prospective clients. "A wave can be both a document and a conversation."

Does anybody know anything about Google Wave? Please share!
