Hi all!
I recently took a deposition in which the plaintiff decided to represent herself. This depo was the depo of her son and she was not present. On my appearance page, how do I list her?
FOR THE PLAINTIFF:
JANE DOE
HER PERSONAL ADDRESS HERE
????? Not quite sure how to do it, especially because she wasn't there. Would I put the deponent on the appearance page??
Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance!
