Realtime Coach's Create your own/Community package, anyone tried it?

Hi!  Just curious if anyone's tried the Realtime Coach's create your own/Comminity package?

If so, do you like it?  I've tried the speed and accuracy a couple years back.  Now I'd like to purchase another package.  Just not sure how that one works.
