transcript lines per page

Are there any states that allow only 22 lines per page for a transcript?

You could also file an amended certificate in the case, if a filed certificate is applicable.  You could kick up the dust--don't know if it would make a difference, but I imagine it would be undesirable for the agency that made unauthorized changes.
