Tranning a Indian radiologist. He's simply being asked what information he's reviewed for the deposition. He has a strong accent. With the accent, this is as close to phonetic I can get! Any ideas??

A So the fact that the dose in the collimator field, the single fraction would be in excess of 4000 centigrade or {{FORTIGRADE}}, clearly indicates that the jaws were set the wrong way.

Dawn,

Try dissymmetric physicist - named Regine

tertiary collimator

I only have those two so far.....
There is a hand pendant which is part of a collimator.

But, I haven't been able to come up with anything for the last one.

Hope this helps some.
I'm thinking maybe "dosimetric physicist," because "dosimetry" is the measurement of doses, especially radiation. Heather
Thanks, Ladies. Slow torture, this one! Anyone know of fortigrade? Could it be 40 grade? I can't come up with a thing!

Another word in this tran, which oddly enough tranned, heterozygous ataxia telangiectasia. Can you believe that? It's "that" kind of depo.
Good grief, Dawn!! That's a mouthful. I'm so impressed that you only had one post! Best of luck
Hi Dawn,

Could the last one be 40 grade?
I'm thinking that is 40 grade. They go from speaking of centigrade, to 40 grade.

Back to school, trust your notes. Most of what I questioned myself on in this Indian doc depo trans perfect phonetically!
If you Google 'Regine - dosimetric physicist' you do get hits.
Are you questioning the {bracketed} word only? I know a lot of European doctors pronounce it son-ti-grade (like sonometer). But based on the context it could be Farenheit! Can someone do the conversion?

Hope that helps. :)
It would really help to know what body system we're talking about, but it's definitely not centigrade, maybe 4000 cGy centigray? (reply from my scopist who did medical transcription for 12 yrs.)
Wow!! Thank you!
