I have found that is key to the usage of Case. I will share mine. . .
I have a firm where we do many different type of jobs, not just deposition work. We do Grand Jury, Parole Boards, preliminary and final Parole hearings; and yes we do depositions.
I have a separate folder within my user for each of these jobs. Then, I can create a K-dictionary for them. When you go into your correct folder to begin a job, that dictionary within that folder will be your "main" dictionary! So all of the conditions needed for Parole Boards are in my dictionary in that folder! No need to "select" any other dictionary! It will automatically over ride the same strokes in my Personal Dictionary!
An example: If you have a different swearing in parenthetical needed from Parole Boards to grand jury, whatever folder I'm in, that swearing in define will be used, regardless that I'm stroking SWAER/SWAER. The define in that K dictionary will take precedence!
So organization is a key element to using Case to it's fullest.
