Medical experienced scopist needed case cat

Hello, I'm a court reporter for 6 years.  I have a transcript I need help scoping.  I've done a dry run through the job already, however, there are medical technical words that I can't figure out, therefore, I don't need just any scopist, I need someone with medical terminology experience.  It's a work comp doctor, featured body parts include carpal tunnel, cubital tunnel, neck and the words I can't pronounce.
