Comment by Stacy Hetrick 13 hours ago I am looking for work as a notereader or scopist. I have extensive training in multiple stenotype theories and can, from the very start, prepare an accurate transcript directly from your stenotype notes or CAT. Because I have been trained in punctuation and research, the job will be complete and ready for you to proofread. I am willing to purchase the CAT software that you use.
Comment by Leslie Medina on March 16, 2012 at 13:00 It will be fun to see whether anyone tiptoes in and changes it to "reporters"!
Comment by Delicia Struss on March 16, 2012 at 12:55 I had noticed too, but my mother and I made the mistake of correcting someone's grammar on FB once, and no one appreciated it. LOL
Comment by Leslie Medina on March 16, 2012 at 12:53 Hey, Bradley, you're right. I wonder why nobody else has mentioned it.
Comment by Bradley Cook on March 16, 2012 at 12:40 Heh...I just noticed a typo in the "If you are a scopist" blurb at the top of this page.
Comment by Leslie Medina on March 16, 2012 at 11:13 Hi, all --
Have you noticed the date on the previous comment?
I suspect everyone is working too hard to write messages. How about letting me help? After spending some time as a voice reporter, I've had many years of scoping experience on Eclipse, 4.3 and 5, and I'm available to do word-for-word scoping with full audio-sync. I use the Gregg Reference Manual. I am fussy about grammar, punctuation, spelling and timely turnaround.
Please give yourself a break and email me at lmedina1 @ optonline.net (without the spaces). You'll be glad you did!

Comment by Delicia Struss on February 20, 2012 at 12:17 Hi there, Ann. I e-mailed you and left a comment on your personal wall. I would love to talk to you about scoping.
Thanks!

Comment by Ann Medis on February 20, 2012 at 10:13 I am looking for an experienced Eclipse scopist to help with a three-day job. I took Day 1 Friday. I'm taking Day 2 tomorrow and I'll take Day 3 on Thursday. Day 1 was somewhat technical. I don't know about Days 2 and 3. There is a five-day turnaround on this job.
Payment will not be an issue.
Interest parties please email me at annmedis@verizon.net with your rates and years of experience. Thank you all.
Ann
Comment by Dana Palmer on February 17, 2012 at 13:42 I am a recently retired court reporter with 15 years experience. I am on ProCat software. Dependable, accurate and great turnaround time!! Please contact me at dpalmer1333@yahoo.com.
Comment by Reina A. Crowe on January 31, 2012 at 20:32 Hi All! I'm a StenoCat Scopist, about to purchase an Eclipse Key, also. I've been scopng for about 12 or 13 years, attended court reporting school, and I am expanding my business. I have two scopists under me right now using StenoCat, but as I said, we'll be getting Eclipse soon. If anyone is interested in needing scopists, please feel free to email me at reina.crowe@gmail.com. I am currently working on my website for the business.
Hope everyone has a wonderful evening! :)
