I'm curious, Alan...are you turning off your firewall and antivirus before you connect to myView?
My antivirus is on (AVG Freeware) and I don't use a firewall, Windows or AVG). :) But most firwalls and AV software will ask you, "Do you want to allow this connection..." and at least give you the option. So if you're having trouble and not being asked... hmm. I wonder whassup w/dat.
Did you install the router and give it a name? Software is on the little CD that came with it.
I did not name the network. I was told to disable firewall and Avast. Interesting that it's not hindering you at all. Hopefully whenever that update hits the app store it will all be cleared up. Only time will tell. Glad you've got it working...
