GLOBALLY CHANGING A Q OR A TO SPEAKER NAME

I know you can do the reverse, change a speaker to Q or A with F3 or F4, but is the reverse possible? All Q and A, and I want to change all the Qs to a speaker name, and all the As to a speaker name, making it all colloquey.
