Congrats Cindy!

Yeah this October was my 11th anniversary being Vegan.

I need to start having a vegan potluck to celebrate. Maybe next year.

I hope everyone is keeping warm.

One way to do it is get the unsweetened baking cocoa from Trader Joe's, put a spoonful of that into a mug with hot water, add some maple syrup and a little bit of cinnamon, maybe some cayenne and some sort of milk alternative. I like almond milk. This is guaranteed to warm you up in a second.

Hi, I use a lot of organic soy to take the place of meat. I use textured soy to make sloppy joe, chilli, hamburgers etc. I use fakin bacon to make BLT's, you can by these products at the wholefoods store. I also use tofurky to make coldcut sandwhiches. It is very important to make sure the soy is organic or non GMO. November will be a year that my family became Vegan. We enjoy this lifestyle, we do not miss meat. We been eating all organic food for about three years now.

Hi, all: If you all knew me, you'd know from first glance that I'm not vegan; however, my youngest daughter is vegetarian and is thinking of going vegan. I haven't quite cut out meat yet, but I'm working on it. Anyhow, I'm always looking for recipes so I can expand in my culinary skills and speed up my journey to becoming meatless!

Great. I love spinach so that sounds delicious and healthy.

You can find it at your local vitamin store or Whole Foods store.

I have not used it in food.

Where do you find it?

Does anybbody use spirulina in their food? It is an excellent superfood, I sprinkle it on my homemade pizza. It tast like spinach. I also put in my smoothies.
