Our Aquarium Conference Room seats 8 and has a large flat-screen LED monitor driven by Windows PC, with the ability to connect to your laptop if desired. You may connect using a standard VGA cable or a HDMI cable (sorry, no DVI.)  There are two kinds of audio conferencing: normal telephone lines (Polycom phone) and VOIP (Voice Over Internet Protocol.)  Video conferencing is also possible using a conference camera that can pan and zoom, and the camera includes a built-in conference room speaker.  You may use Skype, GoToMeeting, Anymeeting, etc.  There is a stereo speaker system connected to the computer and to a DVD player.  The room has two whiteboards and paper flip charts on an easel.

Legal mediators take note:  The Aquarium Room seats 8, and we have a private office available that seats 3 (see below).  If you have two parties and need to do some shuttle mediation, you can book both.  The rooms are 30 feet apart and not visible to each other.

Ann Arbor Michigan Nice Conference Room available.  Two rooms:  Seat 3-4 and 6-8  (10 is a little tight but doable).

L.A. Reporters has five conference rooms at 1901 Avenue of the Stars, three on the 2nd floor and two on the 19th floor.  I also have conference rooms in Beverly Hills on Camden Drive, in Burbank, near the Los Angeles Airport, in Santa Ana, and throughout the Los Angeles are on a more limited basis.  I am willing to consider exchanging conference room time at my locations for conference room time at your office or for a favor in return in the future.
