Greetings! I'm Amy Schauland, the eyes behind Sparrow's Eye Proofreading. All my life I've loved the written word, and errors have always leaped off the page at me. I mark up transcripts and return them via PDF file, eliminating the need for reams of paper and quarts of ink. For reference I use The Gregg Reference Manual, Court Reporting: Bad Grammar/Good Punctuation by Margie Wakeman Wells, Merriam-Webster Dictionary, reporter preferences, and good ol' Google.

I understand how important it is for legal documents to be as accurate and squeaky clean as possible. Spend less time repeatedly going over the same material and use that time how you want. Let me help you look your best by being another line of defense against sneaky errors. Please visit my website for more detailed information, or shoot me an email at amy@sparrowseyeproofreading.com.

Hello!

I’m a transcript proofreader looking for new clients, and if you are searching for someone to help you do what you do best, I’d love to work with you!

With a background in customer service, I understand the importance of great communication and collaboration to meet common goals, and we can work together to produce excellent transcripts.

With my eagle-eyed skills, I proofread for inconsistencies, misspellings, missing and incorrect words, formatting issues, punctuation errors, and more. My preferred method is to proofread to PDF and return annotated pages. And I’m happy to work with your individual preferences.

My availability is very flexible, and I offer a low rate for new clients. For rates and more details about my services, please visit my website www.jmurphyproofing.com

Thank you for considering me!

Greetings!

Black Belt Proofreader here. :D I have thousands of pages of various proceedings under my belt, and I truly enjoy returning transcripts that reflect my very best efforts. I’m seeking to team up with those who love their work, as I do mine, and wish to build a collaborative relationship where I focus on my specialty — kicking out errors — and you focus on yours.

While Morson’s English Guide for Court Reporters, The Gregg Reference Manual, and Bad Grammar/Good Punctuation are close friends of mine, I always tailor corrections to your personal preferences.

Details about my process and anything else you might be curious about can be found at blackbeltproofreader.com. For the most prompt response, reach out to me via zorana@blackbeltproofreader.com. Have a lovely week!

Impeccable proofreader with extensive experience scoping and proofing is looking for a couple of new reporters.  I use iAnnotate, the absolute fastest and easiest way to proof and correct your work...it's a $10 app you can download and get started.  Medical transcripts...no problem.  Need a little help with research...no problem.  Now retired, I have LOTS of time...two-day turnaround, $.30 per page.  Your transcript...you lead, I'll follow.

Hi, all!  I'm a proofreader with 3 years' experience and also worked in a court reporting firm for 8 years, so I fully understand the ins and outs of this industry.  I have a bachelor's degree in English/Mass Communications and a sharp eye for anything grammatical.  I also do research on names, places of business, technical terminology, etc.  My rates are very reasonable and I usually return work within a day to a day and a half.  I typically read from text files and send corrections through Google Drive or scanned/e-mailed errata sheets, but I'm always open to suggestions!  New work is always welcome, so feel free to send me a message on this site or e-mail clr386@gmail.com.  Thank you!

I saw Brittani Rolf's posting below, and I just want to say that Brittani does proofreading for me, and she does excellent work.  I would highly recommend Brittani if you are looking for a proofreader.

Hey, guys!  I'm a proofreader/editor with lots of experience proofing to audio.  Your preferred format is my preferred format: Word, txt, PDF, etc.  I would love to get a chance to work with an awesome, competent, and (possibly) overwhelmed CR.  I don't charge weekend surcharges, and I am great in a pinch.  Ping me for a sample of my work, or send me a transcript and I'll proof the first 20 pages for free to see if we're a good fit.

Peruse my website for more info: brittanireads.com.

Email me directly at brittani@brittanireads.com.

I'm caught up on all of my work. Let ME help YOU!

I am a thorough and reliable full-time proofreader. My proofreading services will help you gain valuable time back in your life by helping you become more efficient in your work. So that I can focus on each job, I only accept a limited number of transcripts to proof each week. PDF annotated corrections are returned via e-mail. Although I follow legal transcript grammar rules suggested by Morson’s English Guide for Court Reporters and The Gregg Reference Manual, I will follow your style and preferences first. For more details, contact me at latifacanproofit@outlook.com
