Greetings, court reporters! My name is Allison and I’m a transcript proofreader looking to grow my clientele. If you’re buried in work and short on time, or if you’d just like the peace of mind of having a second set of eyes check over your transcripts before turning them in, I’m here to help. With the precision and exactitude of a scientist examining a specimen under a microscope, I’ll meticulously go through your entire document, from the cover page to the certificates, and help you create a virtually spotless masterpiece! Ideally, I’d like to develop some long-term relationships, but I’m available for one-offs as well. I’m reliable, professional, and take great pride in my work. I reference all the trusted sources, but your personal preferences will always come first. I mainly proof on PDF, but there is some flexibility there. Discounts are available for new clients as well as repeat clients! Please visit my website, www.finefocusproofreading.com, for more information. I also invite you to contact me at allison@finefocusproofreading.com. Thank you, and have a wonderful day!!

Hi there,

You are a court reporter who is in need of a pair of hawk's eyes finding and correcting your errors. I am a proofreader who is looking to take on a few agencies or reporters and who has spent years writing and editing for national publications with great success. Clearly, we're perfect for each other!

I can turn around most jobs in 48 hours, but can turn them around faster if needed. Rates are negotiable; please email joe@donahuejg.com and we can chat.

That's it... SNOW MORE ERRORS!!
Despite being a born-and-raised Chicagoan, I hate snow. But I love discounts!! Now through the end of the month of December, I will proofread any job you send to me for 5 cents off (per page) my normal price (including rush/daily jobs)! This cold weather gives me more time to take on new clients. So if you're looking for a proofreader that is very timely and takes all of your preferences into account, check out my website today, or send me an email! Just include "snow more errors" somewhere in your inquiry. Stay warm friends!!

Tie up those loose ends! When you are focused on context, spelling consistency is easily missed. Punctuation that is missing or misplaced changes the meaning of your text. Doubled words, missing words, and sentence fragments make the text choppy and difficult to read. Typos that are still words -- but not the right word -- will not be picked up by spell check. Rediscover the power of proofreading. Reclaim your time. Reduce your stress. Give yourself a gift this holiday season! If you are looking for a proofreader, I am ready to add a couple additional clients to my workload. I am a full-time proofreader with over 2 years’ experience, a BA in English, a wide vocabulary and a passion for words.

I work in .pdf format with the ability to convert your document from .txt or .doc.  In addition to depositions, hearings, and court proceedings, I also have experience with meeting minutes of various types.  I will read any type of case, regardless of content or subject.

I perform light research as a matter of course, and internet research is a specialty.  I insert sticky notes where my research results are more than a few words.

My attention to detail is excellent and my rates are reasonable, with no additional charge for weekend work.

Please contact me at: sueclover65@gmail.com or 303-902-5118 of you have any questions.

Good day, I am in need for a regular proofreader.  I usually proof my work but now feel the urgent need to have a proofreader.  I live in Antigua in the Caribbean where we use British English.  I provide freelance transcription for the government and don't get pay right away, sometimes from two months up to six months.  It makes living rough for me financially but I need the jobs.  I receive them in bulks then after sending in my invoices it's a long wait on Treasury.  If there is anyone who is interested, please feel free to contact me please.  Thanks.

I have proofread for court reporters since 1988 and enjoy working with reporters from all across the country. I pride myself on honesty and integrity, excellent work, reasonable/negotiable rates and quick turnaround time. I am well-adept at prioritizing work so as to meet everyone's deadlines and can boast very efficient time management. I have a steady clientele but am always looking to gain new reporters to keep the work flow moving along.

I hold a Master's Degree in English from Xavier University and have taught college-level composition, literature and business communications. Through my life's learning and formal education I have a strong sense of grammar/punctuation principles; however, I easily and willingly adjust to every client's particular style and read accordingly. Whether or not I agree with a client's preference, consistency is one of the keys to producing a solid transcript and is therefore one of my main areas of concern.

I am always open to meeting potential new clients via e-mail and seeing if we might be a good "fit" for each other. While I have enjoyed and continue to enjoy many successful working relationships, I have learned that I can not/will not work for reporters who send very "sloppy" transcripts. I am a proofreader, neither reporter nor scopist, and I firmly believe that another key to a solid final work product is having everyone involved do her/his best, as this is a team effort!

I am self-employed and d/b/a Kathy L. Hahn Editorial Services. If you are interested in any further information or if I can be of any assistance please contact me at increditor@yahoo.com.  ALSO Check out my new website http://increditor.wix.com/home

Before you hitch your career to a proofreader's, you want to know that the person you'll be working with is going to provide a high-level service, excellent communication, and not annoy you with the day-to-day minutia of proofreading.  You're here to find a helping hand to remove some of the excess weight that's been bogging you down so that you can live the life that you want.

That makes complete sense.

You don't want to buy the cow before you sample the milk.

In an effort to affirm that I'm the Gal Friday you've been searching for, I'm providing proofreading services free of charge for the first fifteen pages.  Got a test job?  Fantastic!  I'm raring to go.  Want to put those free -- did I mention that they're free? -- fifteen pages toward an actual job that's been clogging up your work queue?  Even better!  I'm happy to help streamline your workflow while auditioning for the position or your one-time, occasional, or permanent proofreader.

You should get to know me first.  That's what you were thinking, right?  I mean, I could be any random person on the Internet obsessed with grammar and correct punctuation usage.  Caution is always good.  I highly recommend it.  I'm available to answer questions in whatever manner you're most comfortable with.  Please feel free to contact me through E-mail, visiting my LinkedIn Profile, or stopping by my website, Fresh Perspective Services

The beginning and end of it is really that you're an in-demand, highly capable, intelligent person that would like to be making more money, spending more time with your loved ones (furry or otherwise), or are currently buried in ordered jobs and could use a hand excavating your desk.  It's not that you can't do the work yourself, it just may be that you could use a fresh perspective to claim the sort of life that you'd prefer to be living.  I can help with that.
