I am an old-fashioned variety transcript/deposition proofreader with 15+ years experience seeking supplemental work (currently work for two West Coast reporters). No bells and whistles, just consistently high quality proofreading and fact checking. I read from PDF files and provide a simple errata of queries/corrections. Running word lists of names and terminology are maintained for all cases.

Rates (for 25 lines) are:  .75 per page for expedites & real-time – ASAP & same-day turnaround; .60 per page for rush jobs – 24 hours; .50 per page for regular or standard jobs – 48+ hours; and there is no additional charge for weekends.
