Hi.  I'm looking to start doing scoping work/transcription work.  I graduated my court reporting program last year, and I am currently working on my CSR and RPR certifications.  I have never done scoping work, however, I am confident that it is something I can do well.  I use the professional version of CaseCatalyst and am looking to get started.  If there is anyone willing to give me a shot and needs a scopist, please message me.  My email is a.hoefer@yahoo.com.  Thank you for your time.  :)

Hello, everyone!  I am a currently-licensed CSR in a "slow" area of Northern California looking to pick up more work.  I proof and/or scope, and I use Case CAT.  I excel in punctuation and editing and promise nothing but the best work around.  I do dailies and expedites as well as regular-scheduled turnarounds.  Please e-mail for my rates.  proofercsr@yahoo.com.  Thanks!

I need a scopist right away for about 120 pages with audio. I can't figure out Dropbox though; so I need someone to walk me through it. I can pay you as soon as the work is finished.

I am an experienced StenoCAT and DigitalCAT scopist available to take on some jobs during this busy court season.

I have experience doing depositions, trials, interviews and discovery jobs. I'm a stickler for spelling and won't hesitate to look up facts to ensure that your transcript gets back to you in the best shape possible. I have a general turnaround time of 4-5 days for non-rush jobs and I'm available for expedites and dailies as well.

If you’d like to know my rates or hear from my references, email me and I’ll be happy to provide them to you.

Thank you,
Veronica Sampson

Looking for a dedicated scopist?

I am an Eclipse scopist with seven years of experience. I'm looking to take on another reporter client for full-time or occasional work. I always work with full audio, pay close attention to detail, and am very resourceful and thorough in my research. I am willing to work rushes (rates apply), weekends, holidays, and even overnight if that's what it takes to meet the deadline. My Eclipse version is 3, but regularly work with reporters on other versions. My background includes some college, military communications, small business ownership and researching data for the U.S. Census. I am self-employed, and scoping work is my top priority.

I was reporter-trained, and can provide excellent professional reference for my skill. Discounted rates apply on the first job. Please contact at jpwdave@hotmail.com for any inquiries.

Located just north of Dallas, TX, I'm a former court reporting student turned scopist with 15+ years of experience who would like to add another reporter to my current clientele base.  I've done extensive medical malpractice work, and I'm also very well versed in technical jobs, patent litigation, and the oil & gas field.  I can read steno, and I will work with or without audio.  Rates vary accordingly.  I'm on the current version of CaseCATalyst (14) and can offer a transcript that will be extremely clean and ready for you to send on its way.  You can email me at kim.couch@me.com for rates.

I can do relatively quick turn around work, and overnight as well. I listen to all audio, rather than just segments for clarification.  I am very flexible and willing to work with your needs.  Let me know what I can do for you.  I am willing to try to do what you need, if you are willing to try my services.

DESPERATELY SEEKING ECLIPSE SCOPISTS IN FLORIDA

The Hillsborough County criminal court reporters are in desperate need of Eclipse scopists, preferably Florida scopists (don't ask, but the powers that be are requesting that the scopists be from Florida).  You may contact Anita at (813) 307-3597 or by email at:  reporters@fljud13.org

Former freelance reporter/legal secretary now seeking additional scoping work.  I've been scoping on Eclipse for roughly ten years and will scope word-for-word using your preferences.  I can help you on 4.3 or 5.0 and I do have an updated support contract.  Always research unfamiliar terminology.  Please contact me at jhscopes@kc.rr.com for any additional information or to obtain rates/turnaround time.

Thank you,

Jennie Helmker
