I wanted to write you personally, though, since we're neighbors. I get to graduate from court reporting school on Tuesday, February 5th. I passed my last 225! I am so excited, I'm beside myself.

Also was in school with Courtney Fenton. She passed me up. I think I've talked to Jim one time about scoping, but it was an on-location job and, well, I was in school, so.... I'm sure it's a double edged sword, but I can't wait to join the real world of reporting and get past the timed dictations! I just passed another 200 last week, so I need five more tests to graduate. Woo-Hoo!!! Do you work for an agency? I'll be looking to do my externship when I pass my last test. I would like to meet and work with as many court reporters/firms as possible before I work on my own (with an agency, of course. Not all the way on my own. That would be crazy!!) I have scoped for about three years but just gave away my clients to a couple of gals I recruited and trained to scope. They're on eclipse, too. Anyway, would love to meet you sometime if possible.
