Hi Garnet ~ love your name, by the way. Were you born in January? My mother was and when she passed away last year, she left me all her beautiful garnet jewelry. Anyway!

I'm still seriously considering CRAH. Are you the lessons all on DVDs, CDs, and books? How is the support? Do they respond in a timely manner?

I'm interested in Broadcast Captioning as well. I used to write 140-160, but that was over 12 years ago. I did learn a real-time conflict-free theory and hope that CRAH's theory won't be too different. Thanks for taking the time to answer.
