I wish I had a name, but whoever you are, I just recommend you make court fun. When you get an assignment that is monotonous, just figure out how to write it more efficiently.

I've actually turned jury voir dire into something I look forward to doing. I've come up with so many shortcuts, briefs, etc., that it actually has become a lot of fun.

Same thing with the same criminal calendar day in and day out.

Figure out how to get your appearances streamlined and the same spiels down to a couple strokes.

Perhaps you can join Mark Kislingbury's Club for $29 a month and start learning how to make writing a blast. I have to admit I've always loved to write -- even though when I wrote longer it did not love me -- but when I met Mark and started to incorporate his theory into my own, it really did turn my job into a daily game show. :)

AND . . . you're probably getting the crap assignments in court because you're new to the system. Maybe if you just do your time you'll get out on different trials that you'll absolutely love.

Just turn your lemons into lemonade!!
