I'm a beginning scopist who's also a stenography student online about three quarters of the way done.

I'm on Case Catalyst.  My rates are very cheap, starting as low as $1 a page for a standard turnaround time of 5-7 business days, which excludes weekends and holidays.  However, that doesn't rule out the possibility of a job being done sooner than that depending on how much there is to clean up and how much other work for other court reporters I might be doing at that moment.

Even though I'm a beginner at scoping, I've got experience in other areas that separate me from many others.  I've been a transcriptionist where literally everything a scopist does is only the tail end of what that job entails.  I'm also very good with steno briefs.  In addition, I have audio software that I'm skilled at cleaning up audio quality with to decent extent from having done transcription.
