I'm sorry, Marjorie, I just saw this.  I usually check in and out of CSRNation pretty quickly lately because business has finally picked up.  Hopefully it has for you too.  I can't remember their name right now.  I heard about it from one of the firm owners I work for.  The best way to get around that is to e-mail or fax your rate sheet to them, have them reply back in writing that they agree to your rates.
