I'm thinking with all the mic's around, there would be 'proof' w/the sound?? That was all, not trying to be gross, lol!!! I know my Olympus digital recorder would have picked it up!!! Turns my stomach to think of that tho. Poor girl!!!

Ewww! That poor reporter!!! If she was new, it may have scared her! They best get him for something! Seems the audio may pick up ''sounds"??

I agree with Rosalie,
It would have taken him at least 10+ seconds to zip up assuming he was doing what I think he was doing.
I still cant believe how bold this guy is, he must be nuts.
you guys read about the judge that did a similar thing? it took years before he was caught.

I would have stopped the depo, announced what he was doing (as long as there were other men in the room to protect me), as well as called the police and his agency.

Cops will probably find a history of similar conduct... if he is crazy enough to do this in a middle of a deposition (basically a court of law) surrounded by attorneys, I am sure he has done it in other places.
