Eclipse and MAC

I'm thinking of buying a MAC computer, but I've heard that using Eclipse with a MAC is a huge headache. Also, I'm getting ready to buy an Elan Mira A3. Has anyone had any issues with that machine and Eclipse?

I think Keith Vincent is actually on Mac & Eclipse. He uses something called BootCamp so basically his Mac is booting up in a Windows environment. I think there might even have been an E-tip about it.

I'm also interested in the Elan Mira A3. I want to know if the audio-on-the-go will sync up with the Eclipse file, how good the audio-on-the-go is, and how well the bluetooth works.
